The WB Super Simplex Disappearing/Foldable Stairway & Ladder is perfect for industrial applications where a foldable ladder or stairway is necessary. This stairway and ladder is available in either fire-rated or non-rated. This ladder is also available with a built in roof hatch for easy installation.

- Customized Units: Built to the exact finished ceiling and floor/roof deck heights
- Construction: 11 Gauge formed steel frame with extruded aluminum treads and side rails – 5 3/16” tread depth
- Approvals: Meets requirements of A.N.S.I. A14.9 for commercial or residential use
- Rugged: Overall test weight of 500 lbs., individual tread test weights of 1000 lbs. and actual shear of rivets tested to 1175 lbs.
- Ceiling Height: Can accommodate ceiling heights up to 13′ 6″

- Fire-Rated Models: Units available with a 2 Hour fire-rated Warnock Hersey label that meets ASTM-E-119 and UBC 43-7 requirements, passed 250° temperature rise in the first 30 minutes
- Lock: Lock on door panel (standard on fire-rated models)
- Deep Box: Special Deep Box and Deep Angle frames to accommodate dropped ceilings
- Fold-Assist: Standard on units 9′ 10″ and taller
- Custom Roof Access: For units accessing a roof, custom roof hatches are produced and factory mounted then shipped to the job site as one complete roof access system
