Heavy-Duty Drywall Access Panel is Now Sound and Rated!The WB DWAL 412-HD Series Heavy Duty Touch Latch Drywall Access Panel with Detachable Door and an STC 62 Sound Rating is a durable, recessed access panel designed for installation drywall walls and ceilings in applications where an aesthetically concealed appearance is desired. Featuring lightweight, corrosion resistant aluminum construction with a mill finish and a fully removable panel, door is shipped complete with either a 1/2″ or 5/8″ drywall panel pre-installed saving you time and money on the job site. Designed with a concealed flange, door is perfect for luxury areas where matching the door panel to its surroundings is desired as it is virtually invisible when installed. In addition, door has been independently tested and certified to provide a sound reduction level of 62 dB and a radio frequency shielding effectiveness of up to 50 dB.

The WB DWAL 412-HD recessed access panel is available in a variety of sizes including 8×8, 12×12, 18×18, 24×24, 36×36 and more. Custom sizes are available upon request. Door features concealed open pin hinges, heavy duty concealed touch latches and a hidden flange. In addition, a safety catch is included to prevent accidental opening. Options include locks.
