STC 64 Sound Rating: Our WB STC 650 Series Sound Rated Access Door is insulated flush access panel for wall and ceiling installation that is perfect for areas where sound transmission needs to be eliminated such as multi-family buildings, schools, hospitals, apartments, and even residential use. Door features an acoustically insulated, 20 gauge steel door and 16 gauge frame with a white baked, paintable enamel finish. With a sound reduction level of STC 64, the WB STC 650 is considered the best sound rated access door on the market.
STC 62 Sound Rating: Our WB EXT 1350 Ultra Series Insulated Exterior Access Doors with Locking Paddle Latch – Sound & Wind Rated is a flush access panel designed for installation in exterior walls and ceilings in applications where both weather resistance and security are required. Featuring heavy-duty, 16 gauge rust resistive, galvannealed steel construction and a white baked, paintable enamel finish, door features two layers of weather resistant gaskets to help prevent water intrusion. In addition, the door offers a sound reduction level of STC 62, an elevated wind/structural rating and secure locking.
