The WB DWAL 414 Series Heavy Duty Touch Latch Access Panel for Tile is a durable, access panel designed for installation tiled walls in applications such as hospitals, hotels, locker rooms, restrooms, kitchens, or bathrooms where concealed access through tile is required. Featuring lightweight, corrosion resistant aluminum construction with a mill finish and a fully removable panel, door is available with either a 1/2″ or 5/8″ drywall panel pre-installed. In addition, with its concealed flange, door is perfect for areas where seamless matching of the tile is desired.

  • Door: Fully Detachable, Corrosion Resistant Welded Aluminum Frame with Moisture and Mildew Resistant 1/2″ or 5/8″ Drywall
  • Frame & Trim: Corrosion Resistant Welded Aluminum, 1.03″ Wide Flange (Return Frame) with Reinforced Plastic Corners
  • Reveal: 1/16″ Reveal, Visible Between the Outer Frame and Door Hatch
  • Finish: Mill Finish
  • Latches: Heavy Duty, Concealed Touch Latches (two per door) Open the Access Panel When Pressure is Applied to the Spring Loaded Latch Side
  • Hinges: Concealed Open Pin Hinges (includes removable plastic safety catch to prevent accidental opening – must be reattached after each opening)
  • Gasket: Felt Gasket on All 4 Sides Provides Air and Temperature Control

Description

The WB DWAL 414 access panel is available in a variety of sizes including 8×8, 12×12, 16×16, 18×18, 24×24 and more. Custom sizes are available upon request. Door features concealed open pin hinges, concealed touch latches that open when pressure is applied and a hidden flange. In addition, a safety catch is included to prevent accidental opening. Options include locks.
