Automatic Fire Vent Removes Deadly Smoke, Heat and Gases from a Burning Building!
The WB SVG Series Galvanized Steel Automatic Smoke Vent is a rugged, single leaf access hatch designed to provide fire ventilation for areas where removing deadly smoke, heat, and gases is required from a burning building. Featuring heavy-duty, 14 gauge galvanized steel construction with a baked polyester enamel finish, vent is fully insulated and comes with a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of cover to provide a flush fit ensuring weather protection.

- Cover: 14 Gauge Galvanized Steel with a 22 Gauge Galvanized Steel Inside Liner – Double-skin construction (“in box type design”) with 1″ cellulose insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of cover to provide a flush, tight fit.
- Frame: 14 Gauge G90 Galvanized Steel Construction
- Curb: 12″ High Insulated Curb – 14 gauge galvanized steel with 1″ thick fiberboard roof insulation at curb exterior. Curb is 12″ high, with 3.375″ wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes.

Description
The WB SVG smoke vent is available in a variety of sizes including 24×24, 24×36, 30×30, 36×36, 48×48 and more. In addition, custom sizes are available upon request. Vent features a 12″ high insulated curb, self-latching slam catch, high-performance gas springs, a UL listed fusible link, and both interior and exterior manual releases. Options include a resettable McCabe link.
