This rugged, roof access door is designed to provide secure, convenient and weather-resistant access onto roofs in applications such as hotels, apartments, hospitals, industrial facilities or any location where access to a ceiling/roof is necessary. Featuring heavy-duty, 14 gauge galvanized steel construction with a re-coatable gray primer finish, hatch is fully insulated and comes with a heavy-gauge extruded rubber gasket to keep out the exterior weather elements. In addition, the clear dome/skylight, allows natural sunlight to come into the space below while debris such as leaves, branches naturally fall off. MADE IN USA.
