The Williams Brothers Corporation is the proud manufacturer and supplier of the access doors for a new University Student Housing Project. Located in Sweetwater, Florida this project consists of the construction of a 932-unit, 1,201-bed student housing development near Florida International University (FIU). The 22-story building will offer a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom units, with shared common area and a private room for each student. Community amenities include 15,442 square feet of street retail, study and conference rooms, library and lounge areas, a gym and a pool. A total of 647 parking spaces will also be available. The job features over 1000 of our WB Basic 300 general purpose economy access doors. All of the access doors supplied for the job are 100% made in the USA.
