Hurricane Rated, Miami Dade/Florida Approved Roof Hatch Offers Superior Weather Resistance!

The WB RH-HUR Series Hurricane Rated Steel or Aluminum Roof Hatch is a rugged, access door designed to provide secure, convenient and superior weather-resistant access onto roofs in applications such as hotels, apartments, hospitals, industrial facilities or any location where access to a ceiling/roof is necessary. Featuring heavy-duty, 14 gauge galvanized steel with a durable red-oxide powder coat finish or 11 gauge aluminum construction with a mill finish, hatch is fully insulated and comes with a heavy-gauge extruded rubber gasket to keep out the exterior weather elements.

Description

The WB RH-HUR roof access door is available in a variety of sizes including 30×54, 30×72, 36×30, 36×36, 48×48 and more. In addition, custom sizes are available upon request. Door features a heavy-duty lock and handle assembly, automatic hold open arm and a fully concealed hinge hardware located on the interior making rust unlikely. In addition, this roof hatch includes gas springs with dampers for lift assistance and both interior and exterior padlock hasps to keep it secure from either the inside or outside.
