30 x 30 Watertight Aluminum Diamond Plate Floor Hatch – WB W-APS 8100 Series

This rugged, watertight, floodtight and gastight access door is designed for new or existing openings in both interior and exterior applications including sidewalks, commercial floors, residential floors and utility floors. Featuring a heavy-duty, 1/4″ reinforced aluminum cover and extruded aluminum frame, both with a mill finish, hatch is an economical solution wherever floor access is needed. The door panel overlaps the frame, compressing the gasket, providing for a watertight fit. In addition, it is reinforced for pedestrian traffic and can safely handle 1560 psf loading (capable of holding up to a 25 ft. head of water).
